The framework will provide a systematic and evidence-based approach to understanding the specific requirements, challenges, and opportunities related to AI integration in higher education settings. It will be structured around three key dimensions:

  1. Literature Review – through analysis of existing research, studies, and best practices in AI integration within higher education.
  2. Pioneer Interviews – interviews with educators, administrators, and AI experts who have demonstrated innovative AI integration practices in higher education.
  3. Needs Assessment – Focus on understanding the specific requirements of educators, institutions, and students when it comes to AI Integration.
