EduAI Project Launches with Successful In-Person Meeting in Krakow

From June 10 to 11, our project partners gathered in Krakow, Poland, for the first in-person meeting since the project’s inception. This Kick Off Meeting, hosted by the European Teachers Academy and led by İstanbul Üniversitesi, represents a pivotal moment in our journey to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into education.

The Krakow meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative effort that will drive the EduAI project forward. Bringing together partners from diverse backgrounds and regions, the meeting provided a unique opportunity to:

  We conducted a comprehensive review of the project’s overall operations, ensuring that all partners have a clear understanding of the project’s scope and objectives.
• Discuss Planned Activities and Expected Outputs
  Detailed discussions were held on the specific activities and outputs that will be delivered throughout the project’s lifespan. This included setting clear timelines and assigning responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of each component.
• Explore Tools and Methodologies
  The meeting allowed us to examine the tools and methodologies that will be employed to achieve the project’s goals. These discussions focused on the best practices for integrating AI into educational practices, ensuring that the project’s approach is both innovative and effective.
• Align on Reporting Procedures and Future Steps
  A key outcome of the meeting was the establishment of robust reporting procedures and a clear roadmap for the next phases of the project. This alignment is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability as we move forward.
