EduAI Project Hosts Its First In-Person Meeting: A Step Towards AI-Integrated Education

We are excited to announce that the EduAI project successfully hosted its first in-person meeting, bringing together partners from Türkiye, Greece, Portugal, and Poland. This kick-off meeting (KoM) marked the beginning of our collaborative journey towards enhancing education through artificial intelligence.

The KoM provided a valuable opportunity to introduce the participating organizations and their project staff. We reviewed the overall project operations, activities, outputs, tools, methods, and reporting mechanisms. The discussions centered on three critical plans: Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Dissemination.

Most of the meeting was dedicated to presenting and internally reviewing the first two action plans: the AI Integrated Education Framework (PR1) and the Innovator Showcase (PR2). These presentations aimed to gather insights and contributions from all partners to refine and enhance these pivotal components of our project.

We also introduced MS Teams as our project management platform, discussed the structure of our upcoming website, established a contact list, and outlined the members of our steering committee. These elements are crucial for ensuring smooth communication and efficient collaboration throughout the project.

Beyond the operational aspects, the KoM was instrumental in fostering a shared vision, a sense of ownership, teamwork, and alignment in project activities among all partners. This meeting has set a solid foundation for our work ahead, and we are enthusiastic about the progress we will make together.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey to integrate AI into education and transform learning experiences across our partner countries.
